What diabetic supplies Do We Buy?
We buy top-name brand diabetic supplies. For the most current list of brands we accept, please visit our "Sell Test Strips" page.
What Items Can We NOT Buy?
We do not buy private label, generic, or expired test strips, insulin pumps, inhalers, or any Medicare and Medicaid paid items. Please check our list of accepted items to make sure your supplies are eligible.
How Do I Sell My Extra Diabetic Supplies?
Selling is easy! Simply get a free quote on our website, print the packing slip and prepaid label, we will send you a shipping kit and send them to us. We’ll take care of the rest.
What is a shipping kit?
Our shipping kit is to ensure that your products get shipped safely to ensure they arrive in the condition you sent them in! Our kit consists of the box, shipping label, tape, and the shipping instructions.
How Should I Ship My Boxes?
You can ship your supplies using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you choose a prepaid label, shipping is on us!
If I send them myself, will you reimburse me?
Yes, we reimburse your shipping costs if you choose to send your supplies using your own shipping method. Ground shipping only and no excess space can be included on the box. Keep your receipt, and we’ll cover the expense!
Do I have to include my packing slip?
Yes, the packing slip helps us identify your items quickly and process your payment. Please print and include it with your shipment.
Do you come and pick up my supplies?
We do not offer pickup nationwide. You’ll need to send your supplies via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the prepaid label we provide. However, if you are in the Milwaukee area, you can contact us at 414-260-2174 for same-day pickup and payment!

Is this a legal process?
Yes, it is legal to sell unused, unopened diabetic supplies. We ensure all transactions follow industry standards and guidelines!
How Long Does It Take To Get Paid?
Once we receive your supplies, we process payments as soon as possible, fast and easy! Once we send payment, we will send you a payment confirmation to the email you provided
How Do I Get Paid?
- We offer several payment options, including PayPal w/ 2.8% fee, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and ACH. These methods are subject to our payment terms!
- You choose the one that works best for you!
Do you buy damaged products?
We accept boxes with cosmetic damage, as long as the strips are still in good condition. Please refer to our guidelines for more details or contact us with any questions.

- Large dents
- Large stains
- Broken seals
- Razor cuts
- All products will be inspected upon arrival by our trained staff

- Small dents
- Small tears(less than an inch)
- Small stains

Can I take off The Labels On My Boxes?
We recommend you leave the labels on the boxes. This allows our staff to properly take the labels off your products!
