TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
    1. Eligibility and Ownership
      • Age Requirement: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.
      • Ownership of Items: I affirm that I am the rightful owner of the items I am selling to Sell Your Strips or have obtained legal permission to sell these items on behalf of the rightful owner. By submitting my items to Sell Your Strips, I transfer legal ownership of these items to Sell Your Strips.
    1. Product Condition and Acceptability
      • Condition of Items: Sell Your Strips will not accept boxes that arrive opened, stained, soiled, or severely damaged. Minor damage may be accepted at a reduced price. Click here for our Damage Guidelines for more information.
      • Safety Risk Items: Products considered a safety risk, including significantly damaged items, will not be accepted.
      • Prescription Label Removal: Sell Your Strips will remove prescription labels before reselling items. If label removal damages the packaging, payment may be reduced. Personal information will not be shared.
    1. Tampered or Expired Products
      • Tampered Products: Items with broken or missing seals are considered tampered with and will not be accepted.
      • OmniPod and Related Products: Sell Your Strips will only accept OmniPod, OmniPod DASH, and OmniPod 5 products in original packaging with individually sealed pods, matching lot numbers, and the full number of pods listed on the box.
      • Expiration Requirements: Sell Your Strips will not accept items that do not meet the minimum expiration requirements listed on the applicable product pages.
    1. Pricing and Payment
      • Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. Payment will be based on the price applicable when your order is placed.
      • Payment Timing: Payment is generally scheduled approximately 14 days after products are received, inspected, verified, and accepted, unless different terms apply under the applicable purchasing agreement.
    1. Shipping and Reimbursement
      • Shipping Label: Sell Your Strips will provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label. If you use another carrier or arrange shipping independently, Sell Your Strips will reimburse shipping costs up to $10.00 per package.
      • International Shipments: Sell Your Strips does not purchase medical supplies from international sources.
    1. Accepted Products
      • Product List: Sell Your Strips purchases only products listed on our website. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid paid items.
    1. Rejection of Non-Compliant Products
      • Non-Compliant Products: If items do not meet these terms and conditions, Sell Your Strips will not issue payment for those items and will not pay return shipping costs.
    1. Processing and Payment Timing
      • Weekend Processing: Packages received on Saturday or Sunday will generally be processed the following Monday. Payment timing remains subject to the applicable payment terms.
      • Payment Processing: Payments are processed according to the company’s established payment schedule and accounting procedures.

  2. By sending your items to Sell Your Strips, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to transfer legal ownership of the items to Sell Your Strips upon receipt.
