Overview:
Latuda® is a once-daily oral atypical antipsychotic medication used to treat mood and thought disorders. It is FDA-approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents (ages 13–17), and for bipolar depression (bipolar I disorder) in adults and pediatric patients (ages 10–17), either as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate.
