Product Description:
Entresto® is a prescription medicine that combines sacubitril, a neprilysin inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). This dual-acting medication is indicated to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and heart failure hospitalization in adult patients with chronic heart failure (NYHA Class II–IV) and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The 49 mg/51 mg strength is commonly used as a maintenance dose after initial titration.
