Selling Process, Requirements, and Shipping
This section covers everything you need to know about selling your diabetic test strips, the supplies we accept, and how to properly ship your items.
We buy top-name brand diabetic supplies. For the most current list of brands we accept,
please visit our "Sell Test Strips" page.
We do not buy private label, generic, or expired test strips, insulin pumps, and
inhalers. Please check our list of accepted items to make sure your supplies are
eligible.
Selling is easy! Simply get a free quote on our website, print the packing slip and
prepaid label, we will send you a shipping kit and send them to us. We’ll take care of
the rest.
Our shipping kit is to ensure that your products get shipped safely to ensure they
arrive in the condition you sent them in! Our kit consists of the box, shipping label,
tape, and the shipping instructions.
You can ship your supplies using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you choose a prepaid
label, shipping is on us!
Yes, we reimburse your shipping costs if you choose to send your supplies using your own shipping method. Ground shipping only and no excess space can be included on the box. Keep your receipt, and we’ll cover the expense!
Yes, the packing slip helps us identify your items quickly and process your payment. Please print and include it with your shipment.
We do not offer pickup nationwide. You’ll need to send your supplies via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the prepaid label we provide. However, if you are in the Milwaukee area, you can contact us at 414-260-2174 for same-day pickup and payment!

Yes, it is legal to sell unused, unopened diabetic test strips. We ensure all transactions follow industry standards and guidelines!
Once we receive your supplies, we process payments the next business day—fast
and easy! Once we send payment, we will send you a payment confirmation to the
email you provided
- We offer several payment options, including PayPal, cash app, Zelle, Venmo. These
only take a few minutes to transfer! - ACH usually takes around 1-2 business days!

We accept boxes with cosmetic damage, as long as the strips are still in good condition. Please refer to our guidelines for more details or contact us with any questions.
